This recipe not only promises a golden slumber, but also less inflammation and complete repair of muscles and joints while you sleep due to it’s turmeric contect. The coconut oil and milk also serve your thyroid and is beneficial for detoxification of the blood.

THE PASTE
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of turmeric
Bring water to boil and add turmeric, let this steep for 7-10 minutes. When cool, put paste in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
THE TEA
Makes 2 servings
1 tsp of turmeric paste
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of chopped ginger or powder
For taste, add honey, maple syrup, stevia
4-6 peppercorns
Bring water to a low boil and add all ingredients, simmer for 10-15 minutes, strain with cheesecloth, add a little pinch of cinnamon and night, night!
