At Tao to Wellness we love protein! And we recognize the difficulty in getting it all in in one day. So in an effort to sneak in as much protein as possible, we created this salad dressing. It offers a little variation from the standard vinaigrette. Creamy, healthy, and with a little kick!
High Protein, Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing
INGREDIENTS
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Parsley
1 Lemon Juice from one Lemon
1/2 tsp Tarragon, ground
1/4 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
8 oz Fage Plain Greek Yogurt, full fat or 2%
1/3 cup Trader Joe’s Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Drizzle of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Simply blend in a high-speed blender like a Vitamix or Ninja. This is such a versatile dressing. You can use it on salad, spread it on a sandwich or use it as a dip with some fresh veggies.
