Virtual Wellness

Offerings

We are here to support your wellness goals wherever you are. With that in mind, we have two offerings within our Virtual Wellness services and both are offered over Zoom.

  • Health and Wellness Coaching
  • Personal Development Coaching

Health and Wellness Coaching

During an initial consultation, we share in a thorough discussion around your health and wellness goals, current health concerns, past health challenges, including medical history and a review of any lab tests and all prescription medications, herbal medicine and vitamin supplements you are currently taking. We consult in all areas from Women’s health, fertility, fatigue, digestive issues, emotional challenges, sleep hygiene and more. A treatment plan is then discussed that may or may not include the following:

Personal Development Coaching

Christina Martin became certified in 2012 as a Co-Active Life Coach with the first school that was accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), The Coaches Institute in San Rafael, California. In addition, other areas of study include decades of Buddhism, Pleasure Research with Regena Thomashauer, refining her intuition with renowned Emotional Intuitive, Barbra Rasor and her time with Alison Armstrong in the Relationship Coaching realm to name a few. Christina brings deep compassionate listening, fresh new perspectives and is a master at uncovering blind spots. Anyone with a desire to change is a great candidate for coaching, but she especially loves working with women of all ages. How is Coaching Different from Therapy? Coaching is extremely different from therapy. Let’s use the analogy of a lake, for those who are not good swimmers or those that feel like they are drowning, therapy would be appropriate. For those that are strong swimmers, that want to dive deeper and explore underwater caverns or even learn to parasail, coaching is likely more appropriate. The coaching process is about inquiry, discovery, goal setting and reaching. It is not psychotherapy.

What Do Clients Get Out of Coaching?

So much. I offer support in so many different areas because it doesn’t matter if we’re

working inside the realms of personal or professional life. They all have one thing in

common, YOU.

When we embark on a coaching relationship, we discover the values, ideas, and perspectives that shape your life. We work from the inside out, letting your insides dictate your life, as opposed to letting the outside factors determine your level of happiness. When you are living a life ‘on purpose’, you are fulfilled and alive! When you are living a life ‘off your purpose’, you feel unmotivated and irritable. I want to help you flip the switch ON and find your TURN ON again!”
